Camper shell supplier

Ordered and paid deposit for a new Travelander in October 2020 and was told it would be ready end of Jan 2021 after numerous phone calls (which nobody would get back to us), last week we were told we were looking at delivery end of July, lots of untruths have been told to us when we could get communication with them, we cancelled immediately as they have known we have a big trip planned for June and they cannot deliver in time. Very unfortunate as Travelander in the past when owned by Darren where fabulous and we have had to cancel this trip twice already, only plus was the last guy we dealt with was honest and returned our money immediately.

Excellent service from the guys here. Had an issue with a tent that wasn't sold directly from them but was fixed no questions asked. Guys there are good quality and have already organised to have some other work completed from them on my trailer!

My experience was good while I was buying and I paid the $500 deposit.Very different trying to get my deposit back when finance fell thruNo luck so far from Lance or Adam. Super Soco either.back

Very unprofessional they told me I could have $500 off one of their products and then they denied it. I also asked for the owners number to talk to him and they said they’re not gonna give out numbers to strangers. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

West Coast Campers have given us excellent service with our 2018 Conqueror UEV490 platinum. They have rectified all of the BOTCHED work carried out by the importer Conqueror Australia at Heatherbrae NSW. We were lucky that West Coast Campers found botched wiring 12v and 240v plus 2 x 20mm holes drilled in the roof, not waterproof. Solar wired direct to batteries. Wires for diesel heater laying on heater's exhaust pipe.

Ordered a new Travelander to be delivered to QLDArrived with marks & scuffs all over it as well as other issues.Cantacted Blaine and he said he would look after it .....now he does not return calls, messaged or emails AT ALL!!Travelander had a great reputations years ago but not any more .... DO NOT be fooled it is a different owner than the founder and service, quality, customer support has gone 'out the window'DO NOT BUY a Camper from them now.

Would not use this business again. Was promised the camper would be thoroughly checked prior to release. We have identified three seperate issues since purchase and rectified these ourselves.

Absolutely shoddy company. Please consumers dont believe a word about theyre warranties. I paid $122 000 for a 2014 kimberley kruiser black caviar. After experiencing problems with the van ironically in the centre of the kimberley gibb river cattle station absoluteley nothing was done. I purchased august 2018 and as if march 2019 nothing has been done. The money to purhase this van came about from my mothers untimely death. The good die young and the vulchers prey.
